Refund Policy

1. Service Payment Terms
All automotive services require payment upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks for established customers.
2. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees may apply for complex electrical or mechanical issues that require extensive investigation. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repairs at our facility.
3. Parts Returns
Special order parts that were specifically purchased for your vehicle cannot be returned or refunded once installed. Standard inventory parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging and uninstalled condition.
4. Warranty Service
Our services are backed by a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If a part fails or our workmanship requires correction within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part/work at no charge.
5. Refund Requests
Refund requests for services rendered are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about the quality of service or parts provided, please bring it to our attention immediately upon vehicle pickup.
6. Resolution Process
If you are unsatisfied with our service:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
- We will investigate the issue and provide a response within 48 hours.
- If a mistake was made on our end, we will make it right at our expense.
7. Pre-Paid Services
If you have pre-paid for services that have not yet been rendered, you may request a refund at any time prior to the service date. Refunds for pre-paid services may take 5-7 business days to process.
8. Estimates and Quotes
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If prices change due to parts availability or labor adjustments, we will notify you before proceeding with work.
