Q: I have paid for the cookbook, but never received my product!
A: No worries, you must have missed your private download link provided immediately after the purchase. All you have to do is enter your Clickbank order number on this page and you will be granted access right away.
Q: Where can I find my order number?
A: This can easily be located on your Clickbank receipt that is e-mailed to you right after you've made your purchase.
Q: How do I get the Paleo Recipe Book and bonuses on my iPad and/or iPhone?
A: To get this working on your iPad or iPhone, you need to download it to your computer first and then send it to your device through iTunes. You will need to get the free iBooks application. You should automatically see the cookbook and bonuses appear in iBooks on your iPad or iPhone.
Q: I have lost my cookbook and bonuses! How do I get them back?
A: Not a problem! All you have to do is enter your Clickbank order number on this page and you will be granted immediate access again.
Q: How do I subscribe to the Paleo Weekly Planner if I already have the Paleo Recipe Book?
A: This is no problem at all! Here is all the information needed to obtain the Weekly Planner on its own.
Q: I did not receive the Slow Cooker bonus that comes with the Weekly Planner.
A: This is actually available in the e-mail sent with Week 1 of the planners. If you have yet to receive it, make sure that your subscription is active and that the emails don't end up in your spam folder.
